  • How do custom orders work?
    Once you've placed your order online and emailed your design through, we will be in correspondence via email with your customer specification sheet. The customer specification sheet outlines the specific details of your custom apparel. At this time, we will also order your garments in the sizes, colours and quantities required. Once the customer specification sheet is approved, we will make any updates necessary to your order. When any remaining balances are cleared, we will begin production, You will be contacted when your order is ready to pick-up or has been shipped out.
  • How long does it take?
    We suggest 7-10 working days in production time to complete your custom apparel order. We order our base garments in per custom apparel request, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We allow this 3-5 business days to submit our customer specification sheet for approval by the customer. - The quicker you can approve your customer specification sheet, the quicker we can complete your order. The following 2-5 business days are required to print, cut and apply your custom design to the base garment.
  • What file types do you require for custom?
    A majority of our applications will require a transparent background PNG file. Your file will need to be minimum 3600x3600 pixels for a 30cm vinyl application. We may require an Adobe Illustrator file or EPS. files, where we can run your design elements through our cutting software. Be mindful of text and fonts, they will need to be outlined or the font file provided. If you are working on Canva and are unable to download the required file type, we can sort this for you for our Canva transfer $20 fee.
  • What design costs do you charge?
    If you need a design from scratch, we offer a design service from $80. This includes 2 concepts and a couple of refinements to get the design perfect for you. Additional design costs can be incurred if more concepts and/or refinements are required. If you have most of the elements of your design, but need a couple of extra details added, we can mock-up your design from $50. This includes a couple of refinements to get the design perfect for you. If you've designed on Canva but cannot export it to correctly (usually the case with a free Canva membership) we can do this for you for a $20 Canva transfer fee. If your files is spot on, you'll incur no design charges.
